I’ve had the bad luck to deal with this organisation twice.
I ordered something two years ago, but it took me five months of chasing after them before I finally got the package with the dupatta missing.
My sister ordered something for my birthday in October 2022, and I am STILL pursuing them.

The worst aspect of the matter is how often they lie.

They are still in my sights.
I’m doing everything I can to prevent them from escaping punishment for their heinous actions.
I can prove this with emails and Whatsapp talks.
I’m also using EVERY forum available, as well as the consumer helpline and cybercrime, to get this firm to see sense.
