I placed an order with Nobero on November 13th, 2022, but I was unable to accept the merchandise because of the delivery delay.
Since I had to travel, the item was returned.
Even after contacting them and having them confirm that it was delivered to the seller on November 24, 2022, according to the courier partner, there is still no reimbursement.
