The customer service at this site is the worse I have ever experienced. One half of my order took 6 weeks before it shipped out. There was no notice regarding this timeline. I emailed them and got no reply asking them even if they were a scam? Finally, it shipped out with a text notification. When I needed to return two items I emailed them. They have a 15 day deadline return policy. Their website does not give information how to return..5 days later I got an email from them asking for info on the items I wanted to return. Still no info on HOW to return. As the deadline was getting close to 15 days, I went an shipped the items back to the return address on the original package. O n the that same day, I finally get an email that I need to get info from them about how to return items. I tell them i already sent them back to the return address. They inform me that is not the correct address. They do not offer any further help only keep repeating this information in very delayed emails that take 4 – 5 days between my emails to them. They took no responsibility for the situation at all and did not offer to help rectify the situation. I finally put a dispute onto my credit card for them and I want to warn others that this site has absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.
