Not delivery of product & Never refund amount after sending requests

Sir I have booked an order of Anniversary cake for my Di-Jiju in surat from Bhopal through India Flowe Gift Shop on 2nd-Dec-13 for delivering it on 4th-Dec at Surat.

But The staff didnt deliver the same order on $th-Dec,Even nobody from staff give proper reponse,Just said 1 hrs 2 hrs,But never delivered It.

I Have already sent request main for refund my amount which 639+150=789INR on their customer care Id i.e, ifgscustomercare@gmail.com,But Till now I didnt get any response from their end even nor my amount,

I called their customers care nos too many times but the cut the call,no answers etc.
