I have ordered Karbonn A30 mobile phone on 11th julu2013 priced 7385.00 mentioned on kaunsa.com site, my order number is KA/145995/MW1IUJZF. THE delivery date of product was given 26th july 2013 but I have not received the product even yet. I contect with customer care number 01204835000. they told me that the product is out of order. then i asked for refound of amount paid by me. they told me to generate the ticket on their website . then i generate first ticket on 22nd august 2013 it’s number was Kaun/T145995/DEGK5UNR1K. THEN after 2 or 3 days after i again call to customer care. then they told me that the refund process is going on . I call them and they told me again and again like this. after few days i again generate a ticket on 14th september 2013 its number is Kaun/T145995/HX36YPDK4D. Now i call again them but their customer care representatives are again told me that ” we are starting the process of refunding the amount” they repeats only this single line again and again when i call them.
Now they are not returning the money which I have paid. and spend the money to call them aprox. 300 to 500. but they are only on single line that ” process is going on and we will refund in coming week ” but their coming week is not coming .
