One plus – faulty product

Hi,

I have been following for the repair of my new TV since Jan 2023 and it has been almost 4 months since then and no action has been taken , It is very unprofessional approach from your company side that our brand new TV has been converted into a Junk by your technician , who was not technically competent, now the Tv is completely DEAD and is of no use to us , I have been continuously calling your customer care no for help , but they didn’t bother to ensure that the issue has been addressed . Even with ref to appended mail i, it has been more than 10 days but i don’t see any support coming from your side , I have made a big mistake by opting for one plus TV brand , but now i am stuck with you guys, making calls and calls just to hear it will be resolved which never happened in lst 4 months.
I will be taking the matter to consumer court if you don’t refund my money in the coming 5 working days , since I can not keep begging you for repairs now. Which I have been doing for the last 4 months now.
