Outfitic is an instagram page accepting orders through whatsapp messages.
The page and following looked promising so i placed an order for a lehenga. They delivered the wrong product first and on trying to contact them for the refund, they wouldn’t reply. While placing the order, they were instantly replying but now that they are hearing a complaint, they won’t reply! Inr 1730 totally wasted.
I wonder how they have such a huge following on instagram and how are they running after numerous complaints similar to mine.
Please look into the matter.

What about quality of other product u received?
I ordered 2 lehengas from them and paid for both items but I have received only one lehenga. They are fraud. They are not giving my money back not sending me the other lehenga. I have paid 2000rs for the product i have not received.
