Oyegifts – Delay in online product delivery

I have order for plant and a greeting card on Feb 14 around 7:00 am from oye gifts which shown to be delivered on same date. But after payment i have received a mail that my products will be delivered within 2-5 working days .I tried to reach them through mail and calls but there was no response. I have paid more for that product compared to other websites, for one day delivery. If it is not delivered on same day there is no point in charging so high. There is no option to cancel the product also.

How to file a complaint against Oyegifts?

* Write Oyegifts in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Oyegifts.
