I had booked tour and accordingly paid 100 % of the amount in advance. The tour operator had sent our tickets for one way while return tickets are not confirmed, while asking them about tickets he stating that it will be available in your ongoing tour. We have group of four people and 9 days tour arrangements. After tour started we have not getting any response from the tour operators and also not getting our returns flight tickets as discussed with tour operator. I have asked for refund to which they promised to refund immediately. However even after I didn’t received my fund. At present, his mobile phone couldn’t contacted.
