dear sir,
i purchased panasonic led th32d400d from vijay sales(charni raod)in month of march 17 on name of Mohan Soma Rathod reg NO;9920333238,32 inches,code no :10517005359, after some days tv was got shut and after few min it was started,in this first week of sep 17 tv was shut and then not stared, i called in panasonic customer care which is in mumbai dadar branch they told me they will technician in 24 hour but they send him after my call n they take 48 hour after my complaint,technician told us the mother board not working n he took the motherboard of tv n he said it will take 3 to 4 days for the new mother board of tv, again they were came after 5 days with default motherboard. when i called to customer care there is one lady staff she talk with me very bad way ,n her manger told he will arranged the same in few day.
i personally go to vijay sales on 22 st sep which is located in charni road with the tv but they aspect to take my tv back they said they will solved the problem shorty. monday 25th sep 17 the same technician came at my home he fixed the motherboard in tv but screen was full white( picture was blare).he was not able to understand the problem,he said firstly your tv was shout so i changed tvs motherboard but i cant understand the problem of blare picture.he also told me he talked with his manger n they will come n take the t v for repair.
sir,in 5 month tv get lots of problem n i request them please replace the new tv with this tv other wise please returned my money.every time they will send technician n again again he is not able to solved the problem.till no body has com to collect my tv for repair.
I am a working woman so how many time i supposed to called them n track the same. i send them the email on 21 sep 17also to [email protected] as well as on [email protected],
[email protected] they send me automatic generated email but proper suggestion not yet send.
i request you sir please look in to this problem and give me the best solutions.
