I have purchased this phone on 24 April 2016 . It’s not have been even a complete year and u have faced the charging problem 2 times. Phone is decreasing it’s battery % and it’s not charging . I’ve given my phone at the service centre in December 2016 n now just after 2 months I am again facing the same problem . I don’t know what’s wrong with this device . Please fix this problem properly as soon as possible as Panasonic is having an image of a reliable company in the market , so please maintain that.
