After several mail i have received following mail form complaint cell of said company dtd 11.06.2018
“Hi Aziz Khan,
I’m Lee from the complaint resolution support.
We have received your complaint. The request has been sent to the sales department and is valid. We will monitor your case and respond to your order information as soon as posible”.
but till today e.g. 29.06.18, i have not received my order or any refund.
