I have bought a product(bed sheet) from paytm on 4 October and pay by debit card at the time of booking. Order no 2100725578. Estimated delivery date was 9 -12 October. But I had not get my product at estimated time. Then I mailed my problem to paytm, and they deliver a wrong product on 16 October. When I complained they took back the product and return my money.
Now I don’t want my money back, I want that product for which I had pay money. Because It’s seller’s responsibility to deliver the product to me as they promised at the time of selling.
