Dear Sir,
First time I bought a HP 245 G5 Y0T72PA Laptop from paytmmall.com against their temptation for lowest price for said branded new laptop vide Oder No.3942845985 dt 09-10-2017.
I was received above said laptop on 13th October 17, where I found the its defective and on same put request for replacement that was accepted by paytm.com and picked-up on 18th October 17.
I got a message from paytm.com on same day i.e. 18th Oct for refund of amount Rs.19010 after deduction of cashback.
Based on their confirmation, I had bought another laptop on my need.
Since the 19th Oct 17, I am asking for status of my refund but not get any response over mail then yesterday I called at their customer care and get assurance that my refund is initiated by today evening it will be credited in my account.
On non receipt of refund till now, I again approach to paytmcare by mail but didn’t get any response over my query even they are starting sending messages and mail that my replacement laptop have been dispatch that will reach me by 24, 27 , 28 Oct 17.

I requesting you to kindly help me to get back my hard earned money and take strict action against such fake e-commerce website and linked seller.
