Pennyful.in — No cashback mentioned in pending or available sections of cash back summary.

I bought Asus K555LB-DM500D order no. 1479610133 on 20th Jan 2016 from paytm via penniful.in. They haven’t mentioned any cashback since then. I reported missing cashback several times yet there is no cashback acknowledged. This is not acceptable. I request necessary measures to be taken at the earliest.
