I placed an order for mobile handset on Permingo.com on 15th September and made payment by debit card. The site promised delivery within 4-10 days but the product is not delivered till date (it’s 25 days now). On complaining on help@permingo.com I got an reply that sorry our site is showing your order is incomplete. I called them and asked why my order is incomplete. He said maybe payment is not made. I told him that I got a confirmation email from his site saying received order and payment. He said he will check and call back within 24 hours. Since then no call back for last 10 days and on calling it’s either switched-off or nobody picks up the phone. I mailed them payment details and their confirmation email copy. However inspite of repeated reminders no response from the site. Site promises 30 days moneyback guarantee. But it seems the money is gone. It seems it’s a FAKE site to exploit people. I need your help to resolve this issue.
