permingo.com – non delivery of product purchased online through www.permingo.com

I like to share my experience with www.permingo.com Company, and also get help from you.
I have purchased a mobile phone using their online web site. First the website said there is an option of cash on delivery but when i proceeded further to purchase the mobile, I was surprised; it said only advance payment option is available. So i made advance payment and completed the purchase, I got a mail in return confirming the order with payment details and also said the product will be delivered within 4 to 20 days, which is still not delivered even after the due date.
Only once after 4th days, when i called the helpline number 9068600076 the representative answer the call and explaining why there is a delay in shipment, after that day no one answered phone, no status, no mail replied.
I am bit concern; and I think, I have invested my money to a fraud company.
Please help.
