I have ordered from phen nava five days back I have ordered a suit set for 699 and I have received a kurti with cheap material which would not be even for 100 rupees. I have sent number of emails to them but there no action taken. There is no return or refund option on there website too. For a student like me 700 is a very big deal. These websites like phen-nava are fraud and take away consumers money. I need my refund please take a strict action against them all the information they show on there website is false.please help me to get my refund.
