Hi friends,
I was an employee of this company and the company is really too much ridiculous. You can say it like a school where there is a head master/ principle whose name is Siddharth Jalan who makes rules for himself only and treat employee as students and always try to overrule on them.
First of all I’ll tell you something about this company. Its a father & son company which is like a family business of Jalan family and having employee strength of 10-12 people in which 2-3 are Software Developers and rest of them are Content Writers.
Points which make this comp out of crowed is:
1.They don’t value their words and denies their commitment for their own benefit. Even they had promised for bonus and mediclam but at the time of appraisal they have neither increased salary of the employees nor followed their promise.
2.They have extra working hours i.e. other companies ask employees to work for 8 hrs but this one ask for at least 9 working hrs which they never tell at the time of joining.
3. No leave till Six months beside Sunday for new Joiners.
4.6 Days working company although they say we’ve work environment like MNC’s
5.No salary increment on their commitment.
6.Whenever someone ask about increment they have just one sentence “If you are not happy with this salary you can leave your job from today”
7. And the worst situation occurs at the time of Resignation. When someone resigns from the company the director of the company ,SIDDHARTH JALAN, starts shouting on that employee like a mad and now Its on his mood only either person have to serve one month notice or leave the comp on the same day of resignation which is totally ridiculous.(I’ll suggest him to don’t be personal if you are in such role and at this type of designation).
8. The last critical thing is documents(like exp. letter and salary slip), they make ex-employees fool by saying like our director is not available today so we’ll give your documents after next fifteen days. And when fifteen days get completed they again say that our director is out of station so when he’ll come back and I’ll call you for your documents, what a cheap minded thinking.
And finally about the work environment..
After few days of joining you will start feeling like I’m trapped in a school class where no one can have fun with the friends. You have to see your computer from morning to evening, you cant talk your colleague (To monitor this they have fitted camera above the seats of employees). If someone talks with his colleague they catch him/her from camera and start questioning.
So please guys/girls if you really wanna join to this company its upto you only.Please be aware and If anyone is thinking that I’m taking revenge from the company so please join and fell my sentences after joinig it.

#Reporting of Employees: They treat employees as “Majdoor” wo bhi “Dihad Majdoor” ki aaj kitna kaam kiya. Agar kam kiya to itna kam kyo kiya agr jyada badhiya kuch kiya to na to koi appreciation aur naa hi koi special reaction from their side. Even they say ki,”Koi teer thode hi maar diya hai ye to koi bhi kar deta”
#No of Reporting Managers: Their is 3 reporting managers.A father and his two son.
Agar papa aaye ho to unko batao aur sath hi sath unke baccho ko bhi ki aaj kya kiya pure din aur kya nahi aur nahi to baccho ko batao.
#Way of Reporting: Every employee has to be report individually aur wo bhi unke cabin me ja ja k batao ki ji aaj humne ye kaam kiya hai aaj humne wo kaam kiya hai. Yaar what the bullshit, ki agar maan li kal ko is company me 50 employee ho jate hai aur agar sare individual verbal report karenge to chize kitni jyada ajib ho jayegi. Means bando ko reporting k liye line lagana padta hai aur saare aapas me bolte rahte hai yaar pahle mai report kar leta hu fir tum kar lena, what the f***. Pata lagta hai ki kisi kisi ka no 1 ghante baad aaya. Aur haa agar koi bina report kiye chala jata hai to uski next day class bhi lagti hai ki aisa kya urgent aa gaya jo wo bina report kiye chala gaya.
Sach me yaar agar kisi ko kisi aisi company ka maja lena hai jo sirf dimag ki dahi karna jante ho to pls come and join this.
Aur frnds sabse jyada odd scene tab create hota hai jab wo banda tumhari reporting leta hai jo ki tumhara project manager hai hi. Aur haa ek baat to mai batana bhool hi gaya ki is office me kewal ek hi toilet hai jisme ladkiya bhi jati hai aur ladke bhi.
Bahot baar to pressure ki wajah se seat par dusre ka wait karte karte kapde hi gande ho jate hai.
Aar to aur ek baar to inhone ek bande ko bas is wajah se fire kar diya kyoki wo toilet bahot jata tha.
Isliye friends the choice is yours.
This is a worst company and do the mental harassment of their employees. If any one wants to leave company, the director ‘Siddharth Jalan’ starts shouting on them like a dog and then told them to leave the company within a hour. This company is a crook company and harass its employee within few weeks of joining. Company working hours is too long and so frustrating company’s environment. you even can’t attend ur phone call or u can’t even move from ur seat (except wash-room). Siddharth Jalan makes rules for himself only where he see his benefit only. No employees benefit in the company. He promises so many things to employees like (salary increment, medical, bonus) but when time came he refused his promises and again promises we will do on next year. The employees are good but the director (Siddharth Jalan) of the company is worst.
so this is my opinion not to join this company and teach a lesson to ‘Siddharth Jalan’ how to behave with employees.
i have also same experience in past as an employee with this organization .I will only say that whatever posted here is very very true so please think before making any decision………
