Hi Sir,
I worked for Pratibha industries ltd (CIN:L45200MH1995PLC090760) Mumbai based company in DMRC Project sarojini nagar undergoing construction for metro station .I relieved 1 year and 9 months back but i didn’t get my last month salary i.e from 1july to 6 august 16 and PF from the last 2 years .I made several requests but in vain no positive response . I left the organization on 6/8/16 and was working on the capacity of Engineer-Civil department. I’ve already completed my notice period and handed over my liabilities and responsibilities to the concerned manager.
Now I am not working with that company and done with all the exit formalities still my settlement is not done. With me there are around 400 employee who are facing the same problem. could you please advise what to do now to get my hard earned money?
