I purchased a saree from an apparels shopping page in Facebook namely Princess you on July 13th.The item I received was not what I ordered,and when I questioned it,they replied saying that the item I asked for was out of stock,hence they shipped a random product.I asked for return and they suggested to courier it back to the same address as in the package I received,for which courier charges were promised to be refunded.When they received the return courier they changed colours.they said only 100 rupees will be returned for courier and the credit amount for my purchase (including courier charges) won’t be refunded.They asked me to purchase something else from their page(I certainly doubted whether the process will go on).So I continued asking for refund instead of purchase.From August onwards they stopped responding to my messages.I had no option to go and check as the address they mentioned in the page was in West Bengal,whereas I stay in Tamil Nadu.They responded in december when I asked for a purchase,and said that the credit amount is no longer valid,as credit period is only 3 months (This was not mentioned in their page till I asked).In December,I happened to come to West Bengal,and checked at their address,and the people there were unknown about this Facebook page.When I questioned asking about fake address in Facebook,they immediately removed the address in their page,and again remained silent.Please help me to get that amount back and expose their fraud.
