I ordered products from them, and they promised 3 days for delivery. After that their no. Was switched off and there was no point of contact. Finally after 15 days product arrived, and it was a # one. When i asked to return back, then they didnot replied and again no was switched off for a couple of days. Then finally one day they replied sending a address to return back, then i had to spend more money to send that waste product back. Even after themselves being so much insolent, they said product should reach within 7 days. Due to some delay by courier company, or maybe it was the case that they delayed accepting the parcel to stretch the one week period. Even after getting the product back, then didnot return any money saying that it was supposed to be reaching them in 7 days only. And then again no replies for any queries. When i asked that i’ll be registering a complaint, then wat reply comes is that i didnot follow rules and i am harrasing them and they will not provide any money. And then they blocked me.
