I have booked a parcel of mine with professional services on date jan 30 2017 consignment number MBN9104967 in the name of Khwahish exclusive to consignee Akshaya And since jan 1 the tracking is showing that the parcel is in bengaluru. Even after going to office multiple times neither the parcel details nor the details of any claim settlment was being disclosed. The parcel products are worth rs.4500 from which the agent of professional courier service promised to give 50% I have been going to his office since past two weeks for my money but he is only giving me 1000 rupees and telling me that i can do whatever i want he is not going to repay me a single penny. I request consumer court to look into the matter and help me getting my claim.
