Just pathetic! I ordered a dress from Punaaya and paid rs 1600 COD. It was not at all like the picture on the website and the material was terrible too . It is imppssible to contact anyone in Punaaya through email, call or sms or fb messenger. I really dont know what to do! I’m so frustrated and I am repenting why I ordered that stuipid dress from Punaaya!
I have placed an order of a dress worth Ra.1750/- which is totally a different material and even colour everything is totally different, bigg time fraud, plz take action. Unable to return as well
