I have buy plot in ramakrishna meadows venture which is in kanchekacharla vijayawada in 2014 and got enlistment in 2018. Till now they have build up the venture and didn’t build up my apportioned registered plot. They have sold on exceptionally significant expense and furthermore they have taken improvement charges including enlistment expenses. They have around 2000 plots they sold and none of plots are created and not gave over to clients. It is a very extortion organization and plundered hard gain cash from clients.

Booked an office space of 500 sft for 25 lakhs in Techno towers in Jan 2018 so far not completed even after 4 years time, where as possession date was Jan 2019 but not bothered to finish the commercial building.
There was tremendous response for this project as it was launched as IT park but it is nothing like that, it is just a commercial. They told that they will pay the rents for 2 years but stopped paying after 1year.
Now they are not responding for our calls. Nobody from the office knows about the fate of the building. Disappointed by investing in this company. All their projects are incomplete. All unhappy customers in this company” Ramakrishna housing pvt ltd Vijayawada.”
