I started treatment from January 31, 2015 from Richfeel, Chandigarh and complaints started from May, 2015 onwards means after three months (after 7-8 sittings). I am not using other type of colors and other cosmetic products on scalp regularly. I used Richfeel heena (their product) and sometimes Shahnaz Hussain Hair color (100% organic and 100% chemical free). Whenever, I used heena or Shanaz color, I used Anagrow after two-three days as suggested. From May, 2015 whenever I use anagrow in home also, I feel inching on scalp and on forehead and on the other side. So, I didn’t use much home care kit. I regularly complaint to the person, who was giving treatment. They can check from their record, I have taken heena many times. Your staff suggested me to take our sun screen cream to clear the black spot. These spots due to sun burn. Before this treatment, my skin never became like this. I am regular user of sun screen cream. However, after that I put sun screen many times in the day, and also taken your sun screen. But no use. Now, I stop this treatment and taking medicine of skin specialist. One thing more, the senior Dr. of Chandigarh quit after two months of my treatment and many other employees and who was giving me the treatment also quit the job. Now, there is only junior Dr. who is ignoring my complaint. Many times I send mails and phoned also no proper response. Richfeel is taking too much time for taking further decision. And now they are making false statements: 1. like complaints aftear 12 sittings; 2. Other type of colors and other cosmetic products on scalp regularly. I have given you hard earn money and these people also spoil my scalp and face, So please give me my Rs.30000/- with penalty amount. Mr. Shah, the owner of Richfeel is cheater.
