I had visited Richfeel Hair Solutions Chandigarh branch on 6-july-2015 for the checkup of my hairs. They charged 290/- and took some hair samples and told me that it will take approx 7 days to examine & generate the hair-fall reports and they will call me when the reports will come. After several weeks when I haven’t received any call I visited the Clinic in sector-9 and they told me that the reports have not come yet and there i saw only my reports are not came yet many people after my turn got their reports When i asked for the reason they don’t have any proper answer and they told me that now they will put request further & will call me once they get the reports. Its august 30 now and I’ve no clue what they are doing. -Mayank Bhole
