I have taken yearly consultation for the second time for myself and my husband . My husband has severe scalp itching and infection as all his hair are grey so he had to uses Khadi herbal henna . All this situation was explained to the concerned in the centre. We have consulted a few dermatologist in our area but as Richfeel products suited us first time so we again there at their new Rohini center . Took consultation and took medicines and paid 7800₹ . The consultated medicines didn’t suited my husband at all and I have addressed the same to the centre. They called us on weekend as my husband infection condition is worse so he is on antiallergics and antibiotics from last 4 days . The concerned representatives there at Richfeel is not a dermatologist it’s just a representative selling its product with no knowledge . We want a solution to our scalp problem and she is suggestion to use the same medicine which didn’t suit us. It’s really pathetic that we have paid them so much and they say they don’t have any solution to our problem . It’s a worse experience the scalp clinic has no solution to our scalp problem. Pls refund our money and it’s centre is only selling Richfeel products and no knowledge of anything beyond that. Neither they have any dermatologist to address ur problem.
