I hope you are well and reading this email. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and annoyance with the ongoing problem I have had with your business for the past five years.
I scheduled a hair transplant procedure with Richfeel for the year 2019. The procedure was unfortunately delayed due to the unexpected COVID-19 outbreak, which was understandable given the circumstances.
I was able to undergo the hair transplant procedure, but as time went on, my personal health situation took an unexpected turn.
I had sincere hopes of starting it sooner, but due to my deteriorating health, I am unable to continue the treatment.
Given these facts, I kindly asked for a refund of the money I spent to reserve my hair transplant.
Although I am aware that delays occasionally occur, the wait for a solution has been incredibly long.
I have contacted your customer service department several times over the past few years, but I have never received a response or help with my refund request.
I want to emphasize that five years have passed since I made the reservation, and I have still not received the services I ordered or heard anything about the progress of my request for a refund.
I have experienced a great deal of frustration and inconvenience as a result of this level of carelessness and slow response.
I have reached a point where I must find a solution immediately. I respectfully ask that you process my refund right away and let me know exactly when I can anticipate getting it.
Please handle this situation urgently and seriously as it warrants. I look forward to hearing back from you as soon as possible and having my refund request resolved in a timely manner.
If you don’t resolve this problem right away, I’ll have no choice but to take legal action to get my money back.
I hope we can quickly and amicably find a solution to this problem. I’m looking forward to your response.
