My mother & I were suffering from tremendous hair fall. By looking adds in newspapers decided to go for Richfeel, that was the worst decision we could have ever taken. Recently they opened new branch at Mulund (LBS Road), when we meet Doctors they suggested few medicines and treatments. We spend almost 40000 Rupees after discounted rate, (As per their point of view it is discounted).The hired management`s main role and responsibility is to rob people as much as possible. Starting from day one we faced pathetic customer service. The laser treatment they suggested causing more and more damage to our critical situation. Still doctors asked to continue the same. The medicines what they suggested were just food supplements not even 1% improvement we could see by having for a year. For that unnecessary medicines they cost us 40000. This company is founded to fool and take disadvantage of people in actual need. Worst part about the company is they don’t return your valuable money even if u feel its causing damage to you. They just give you a credit note that u have to buy poor degree medicines and cosmetics. If we want to spend your money and buy ample amount of regret, frustration then go for Richfeel Mulund branch.
