My Builder River Residency (Ishwar Parmar Group) is demanding three years Maintenance charges with 12% ST in advance. It is raised prior to possession.

I want to raise the concern for this monopolistic demand.

Builder committed to give the Flat by Dec-12 but it is not given till now (Oct-13). Despite of over 10 months delay this additional charge of 36 months maintenance has to be verified. I own a Flat in ‘C’ Wing of River Residency at Dehu Alandi Road, Chikhali, Pune 412114.
