Dear sir/ ma’am This person has been robbing people using his Instagram account @muskan_4846. He convince people that he will sell Instagram page for xyz money if they then send the payment through paytm on no. 9781264846 & 7889064929. And if we ask him for his Id proof he uses someone else Id whose name is atishay Kant and atishay has no idea who is using his Id proof. After sending the money to him he says that he haven’t received the money but till the time we confirm it with paytm says he have transfer the money to his bank account please do something about it because there are many people who have gone through this shit and don’t know what to do
