I have ordered for a saree from Rudra Silk and got a very bad quality saree…I wanted to them to replace or refund my money but they are not picking the call and even not replying any of my messages regarding this issue.I called up their customer care no. Given in their site and after several calls they picked up and requested for Google no. And linked bank details ..I said to them that I have money in cash and I would like them to replace it or refund money in cash for which they disagreed and insisted on bank details.
Kindly help me to solve this .
