I HAVE PURCHASED A CLOTH FROM RUKHAD FASHION ONLINE SHOPPING SITE THROUGH ORDER NO.4699 ON 23.10.2016, BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY ISSUE I HAVE REETURNED THE PRODUCT ON 27/10/2016. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND AMOUNT. I KEEP INQUIRING THEM ABOUT MY REFUND BUT THEY ARE SAYING SILLY REASONS IN REFUNDING. KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS AND HELP ME IN GETTING BACK MY REFUND AMOUNT.

I have purchased a product 3 months ago and I did not received what I expected and hence returned the product. Till date I did not receive refund even after multiple follow ups. As everyone said they give silly reasons. Really a worst site and I recommend not to purchase from this site.
Purchased a dress on 24/11/2016 had to return as I didn’t like it… There is no refund received yet in my account …. Been tracking them from a month now… They assured refunding before 5th Jan… Not true to their word….. Bad policy and super slow in everything…. Refund the amount as soon as possible.
