Rummy culture my account has been suspended due to fair play policies, I know didn’t done any thing wrong but they freezed my money more than 27k , and I loosed more than laks, now I just won 27k and suddenly freezed and blocked my money this is very cheating please help me. Number of times I have mailed to rummy culture but they are not responding they are saying we found fair play games that’s why we suspended your account and freezed you have to wait for 180 days to investigation, only they are saying this one msg how many times I can complain and how many questions should be ask they give only one response that’s saved response from their fraud policy, number of times I called to their customer care number but they are not allowing me to connect with their associate due to blocked my account and in mail also I requested so many times call back their also not responding for that, this type of fraud publicly in India shame to be in India allowing to this people, even not taking any action action against this type of platforms and even don’t know where we have to complain against these platforms, this much cheating worst people. Please help me allow me to withdraw my money.
Now in my account money also not showing they loot it completely 🙏🙏
