I have seen advertisement on facebook of buy 1 get 2 festive season sale on bibas.in … So I ordered 3 dresses in ₹899 (and extra ₹100 shipping ) from there on 8nd may 2021.. Total amount I paid was ₹999.. On 13th may 2021, I got a delivery from their side and get wrong items.. I have ordered 3 dresses and got two low quality kurtis which is not of my size and the fabrica quality is very poor.. It seems like they are old clothes and now bibas.in site is block.. nothing is showing there. So I am not able to exchange my order.. I cant understand what to do now. In the delivery the address given is SA Dresses, kailash nagar gandhi nagar, East delhi. Pin- 110031.
Kindly help me and return the product. I want my money back. Please refund me..
