Ordered a product on prepaid basis from paytm, on 15 th July. As on date 6 / 8/15 not received it. Courier company awb status showing it is in Delhi hub from 28/07/15. I don’t understand why it is not coming to me. Following with both the customer care…bug no body really care.. Simply extending 24 to 72 hours for any feedback.. I need some help to get my prouduct or cashback refund…pls some one help me.
