I, Appandairajan.P, residing at mudichur, wish to lodge a complaint against **Sai Group of Organisation** for cheating and fraud.
On [21/06/2025], I came into contact with representatives of Sai Group of Organisation through office visit. They offered job and assured .They promised to provide a job within three months, and assured that if they failed to do so, the amount paid would be refunded.
Based on their assurance, I paid an amount of ₹50000 via UPI on 02/07/2025. The transaction details are as follows:

* Bank/Platform: Gpay
However, after receiving the payment, they failed to provide service/job/refund/etc. I have tried contacting them multiple times via phone/email/office visit, but they have either not responded or given false assurances.
I strongly believe that I have been intentionally cheated and that this is a case of fraud.
I am attaching copies of all relevant evidence, including:
* Payment receipts
* Chat/Email/Call record
I request you to kindly register an FIR under appropriate sections (such as cheating under IPC) and take strict action against Sai Group of Organisation and the persons involved.
I am ready to cooperate with the investigation.
