Samsung Galaxy S4 – Very Poor Post Sales Service – Dont go for Samsung

Respected CEO, Samsung India,

I have lodged several complaints No 8426075449 with your customer complaint division and as well as to you. But being a CEO of largest mobile company you should see that your team delivers what the company promises or else Samsung will be like Nokia soon, even after you innovations people will not touch your product. I don’t understand why you don’t deliver the flip cover promotional gift across the counter at the time of purchase of mobile and I see you are fooling your customers by creating inconvenience to them

I have been requesting for the Samsung Galaxy S4 flip cover, since 20th August, however till date I have not received the same, i have sent you the invoice copy but your team is useless and they just give excuses and if this type of customer un-satisfaction continues then you will lose the market share soon as the customers are having various option with half the price what you offer for the product.

I am putting this complaint on the complaint board, so that customers be aware before buying the Samsung product, they only make false promise and don’t deliver.
