Dear Sir,

I had Placed order on Samsung Website for Samsung Gear S3 Watch on 11.11.2018. My order no. is 11350395110. while placing order that product was in stock and over there it was clearly mention delivery time will be 3-4 Business Days. I had made payment through my EMI Card. but now in 16.11.2018 i had not recd, any product and while calling on samsung helpline nos they are not able to answer when i will recd my ordered product as per them product in out of stock. So now i have to untill it come back to stock is this some kind of game with normal customer?

Now my question is when they dont have product in Stock why they take order and Payment from me? This big companies think they can play with customers ? And no one is here to help a normal people ?

Please look in to the issue and solve it.
