I had ordered two mobile phone cases from sanskaree.com about a month ago. The cases I received were not at all what I had ordered and on top of that they were exactly same looking. I tried to call the numbers written on their website but both were switched off. Then I emailed them about my issue and did not get a response, i sent another email and they told me that it will be exchanged in the next 3-4 days. After a week when I didn’t receive anything I sent them another mail but again didn’t get a response. I kept on sending emails and asking them to respond and if they don’t want to replace the product then they should at least take it back and refund the money. When they did respond after my many mails they always say that it will be delivered in the next 3-4 days. It had been more than 20 days since I first requested for an exchange or refund but till date nothing has happened. I even told them that I will file a complaint against them if they fail to deliver it within the next week, but it was to no avail.
