We have bought 7seater sofa set from Saraf company . When we received that courier two of the seats were damaged . Same day I send them the images to the concern persons . But their after services are very poor . I am calling them almost daily but they are least bothered it seems like they are not interested with ur problems once they received the full payment . I have mailed them thrice but no response from their side . The set we have ordered when they delivered it was not the same which we have seen Nd ordered through the pic . I had a talk with Saraf employees mr . Rajeev , Sunil Nd mudit but it seems they r not interested Nd bothered about customers problems .
Personally don’t recommend online shopping from Saraf .
