Sareeyotsav – Wrong product received but no response regarding it

Hi I would like to raise a complaint regarding one of the worst website.
I have seen so far, I do purchase online much. As we don’t get time to visit shopping. I usually do in Amazon, Myntra and Flipkart.
While I was browsing I came up with this add in Instagram.
So immediately, I looked into it online and felt genuine. And placed an order and as I was already unsure about this site, I place an order with COD.
I placed an order for beautiful kurti as per their images listed. And my Order ID: 10240.
Immediately once I was trying to open order received I took video too, to be safer side if the product needs video while opening the product. So, I sent them that video while I returned an email to them for returning. But no use.
I placed order on 16th Sept 2022. I received order on Sept 17 2022. So fast was delivery.
And I returned email to them immediately. As they have policies for returning so to make sure that my item return based on their policy.
But, there was no use. No one responded and no call on this. It is huge waste of my effort and money.
I request your team to take an immediate action on them. Because I am seeing many people are wasting their time and spending huge amount on this kind of ad’s.

* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Sareeyotsav.
