Dear Sir,
I have booked my Flight ticket using Travelsees (Sasta Safar) website using Razor pay gateway.
I have made first payment of Rs. 29,876.00 on 24/11/2022 at 06:16 PM, Which shown failed transaction and I received Email from your end that Amount will be refunded in 5 to 7 days.
So, I have tried once again to book ticket and make Payment of Rs. 29,272.00 on 24/11/2022 at 06:18 PM, Which shows successful booking, and I received my ticket with same value and Booking ID : SSF00428031.
Meanwhile I have received Email on 24/11/2022 at 06:17 PM that your First payment successful, though I have not received any Ticket against this payment.
Later I have booked my return ticket with amount of Rs. 28,668.00 on 24/11/2022 at 07:10 PM and received my return ticket with Booking ID : SSF00428156.
So, during my Booking I have paid three times against Two ticket of last two transaction. So, I request you to find status of my first transaction Rs. 29,876.00 and arrange to return my said amount to origin bank account.
I have attached My Bank statement of the day and All Email regarding Transaction.
