I purchased a smart TV, after installation, I found that I can’t run Netflix on it.
I was very clear when I purchased it that I need smart TV for Netflix and they confirmed that.

The installation team told me just to browse and find it, but it didn’t work.

I called the customer service many times, they promised me every time to call me back, but I didn’t receive any call.

Then they stated that I should call the agent directly and they will charge me if they will come and fix it.

The agent confirmed that this model is not compatible with Netflix.

I am very upset
