I have purchased a RADO watch from Swiss Watch as per their advertisement. As per their advertisement, and a call received from one of their representative Mr. Sanjeev (+919958280912) he promised that its original and I can check with any RADO showroom to confirm the original. I have the communication voice tag of Sanjeev. Then I ordered and I rec’d the packet throught DHL/Bluedart on 24.06.2020 and I paid INR 10,990.00 while collecting the packet. After reaching home when I opened came to know that this is not original and it’s fake one. I took this watch to RADO showroom in my place Kollam Kerala at Malabar watches , they confirmed that it’s not original and it’s fake. Immediately on 25.06.2020 I send a mail to this people and mention everything with pics. Also inform Mr. Sanjeev over telephone. They told me and also informed me that their customer service guy will call me and take the bank details for refund. But nobody called and I sent my bank details to them. Till date 05.08.2020 I didn’t receive my refund amount. When ever I call this people they are blocking my numbers. If I call from another number they will block that number. It’s a clear cheating. I want my money 10,990 back. Kindly help me to get my money bach. Attached below the address of this company when they send me the courier
