Simpl Loan App
Simpl billed me more amount than actual billed amount by 1MG, on August 3rd i have ordered some items on 1mg billed amount is 287Rs from 1mg,which is Paid through simpl pay later, after bill generated by simpl they are showing the bill amount for the same 1mg bill is Rs 445…those simpl guys are asking me to pay 158Rs additional amount even without utilizing.
I have also mailed them regarding this issue on 20th of august i didn’t get any response from them, after there bill generated also they called me regarding bill pending then i said them about the issue during that time they threaten me to pay immediately the pending amount but they are not ready to solve the issue again also i complained them regarding this to resolve the issue still i didn’t get any response from simpl team.
Rs 158 is not a big amount still i am complaining because usually people who uses pay later facility never checks bill history after some days of usage because they trust them, even i an not checked until now from more than 6 months i am using this my wife checked this and told me regarding this fraud, am sure they doing this to many customers as their customer support is pathetic, they only use chat support to which is automated. i am thinking this is big scam as nobody checks their billed amount and blindly pay to simple guys by trusting them. i wanted to teach lesson to them and other like companies
