– refund not processed for my order

I have selected one saree online from sky-blue fashions website and added to cart and proceeded with my order however while going through faq’s i was not getting the exact guidance for urgent delivery as i wanted the product urgently and even the return request policy was clearly not mentioned… Hence i stopped order there and did not proceeded with payment. This was on 16th october. I only got order number in sms which was 799… Further on next day 17th october i received call from the above mentioned number [protected] named mayur that guy asked me about the completion of order. I informed him my concern… He told me to pay 200 extra over and above product price to get it delivered urgently in one to two days… (Product amount 1200 and 200 extra) and i also asked him verbally stating regarding if i m not satisfied with product and all so can i return it he said yes and your complete amount will get refunded which was promised to me on call verbally by this guy… I asked him to send this on email he denied he said he will whatsapp the that he didn’t smartly mentioned for return… Then i called him and asked him for discount as i am ordering from this site for the first time. He gave 100 rs as discount and asked me to pay 1300 for which i agreed. I confirmed him again twice for return he said mam in case any issues u don’t accept the delivery and whole amount will get refunded… This was promised however unfortunately i don’t have the call recording to attach… He sent me the payment link and i made the payment but after that i didn’t got any confirmation email nor it was showing in sky-blue fashions website in my orders hence i was doubtful for my product and i again called he was denying to send email. I insisted hence he sent manual typed email mentioning my order number and payment amount and delivery date… However i was still not satisfied as i was feeling this is not the trusted site as myntra amazon like those because in those at least i am able to see the details of my order in my orders page in app or website but here as it was not reflecting hence i sent mail in the evening itself (17th october afternoon i made payment around 2pm) and i sent mail for cancellation of product in evening and msg too on whatsapp number however now they are backing out that the product can’t be cancelled and in case i[censored] want to cancel we will charge u extra courier charges of 600 and remaining amount will get refunded… However this was not informed to me earlier hence i feel cheated clearly… And the way that guy mayur has sent msg to me on whatsapp accusing me of doing fraudulent activity just to get the product without paying any courier charges… I will attach th whatsapp conversation screenshot and mail… My only request here to consumer forum is to get my complete amount 1300 refunded back in my icici credit card account
