Hello,
I have ordered from SELLER COMPLACENCIAA (Invoice dated 20/08/2021) a fitness sense smartwatch for Rs. 2999/- which was found as defective neither the watch is getting powered ON. Thus in order to return I have traced the online status of the order but found nothing and all the efforts were invain and hence there is no other option left for me except for the replacement so i request the concerned to kindly assist me to refund the amount.
