snap deal – wrong product delivery

i had ordered for chevron screen guard (set of two) for moto g 2 on 13th of october which was supposed to be delivered on 16th of october but was finally delivered on 24th october and that too screen guards of two different companies and not for the same requirements, i wanted the product for. i had mailed a request regarding return of the same and even called up in the customer care. Till date i have not received any input from there side.
